BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Appointments

Therapists aim to be punctual but delays may occur. Contact us via email or WhatsApp if needed.

Late Arrivals

Therapists will wait up to 20 minutes. After that, the session is considered missed and charged in full.

Amendments and Cancellations

Contact us via email or WhatsApp to amend or cancel bookings.

Cancellation Policy

  • Less than 24 hours: 100% charge.
  • 24-48 hours: 50% charge.
  • More than 48 hours: full refund.
  • Rescheduled bookings: no charge.
  • Refunds processed within 3-7 working days.

Packages & Expiration Policy

All prepaid packages and sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, unused sessions expire automatically and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Promo Codes

Promo codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Conduct Policy

  • No inappropriate or sexual behaviour.
  • No discrimination or abuse.
  • No illegal activity.
  • No harassment of therapists or staff.

Violations may result in termination of service and reporting to authorities.
