• Homepage Booking Form:
  1. On the Booking form located on the Healing Shapers homepage you will pre-select the service, location and date information for your appointment. Keep in mind that the selected location is where the treatment will be done.

• Booking Wizard:
  1. Date & Time Selection – Click on a date to see a timeline of available slots, click on a green time slot to book it.
     
  2. Therapists Available – You can pick a specific therapist to perform your service. Click in “View Details” to read more informations about therapist.
     
  3. Customer Information – Please provide you contact details so we can send you a confirmation and other contact info. If you already have an account you can sign in clicando em “Already have an account?”.
     
  4. Treatment Address – Please provide the address where the treatment will take place and read our terms and conditions.
  5. Select Extras – Select extras you want to add to your booking. Click in “More Details” to read more informations about extra and download size guide.
     
  6. Your Payment Information – You can either pay online using your credit card or PayPal, or you can pay on arrival with cash.
     
  7. Consultation Form – Please complete to finalise your appointment.
     
  8. Confirmation – Congratulations yout booking is confirmed! Click in “Manage Your Booking” to see your appointments and informations.

    A) Appontments

    B) Edit Profile – Edit your personal information.

    C) Back to Homepage – Go back to the Healing Shapers homepage.  

  2. Settings (Cog):
    A) Reset Password – Send an email to start the process of resetting your password.
    B) Log out – Sign out of you account panel.
      
  3. Header:
    A) Your Display Name – Check the name you entered to be displayed.  

  4. Content:
    A) Page Title and Content – Check the page content here and title above. 

DELIVERIES

We offer a range of UK / European delivery services, including Express Delivery, and we use a traceable, reliable delivery service for peace of mind.

We will contact you with a delivery price if your order exceeds 20kg’s.

Dispatch times
Stock orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day.

If the item you have ordered is not in stock for immediate dispatch, we will contact you with a delivery lead time by email, and reimburse any express postal services that may have been charged.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a friendly 15-day returns guarantee on most items

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, it may be returned for a full refund. This is providing that the item has tags still attached where applicable and in original condition, free from stains or odour, and unworn. This will qualify for a full refund.

Items that have been damaged, altered, worn, washed, or dry cleaned will not under any circumstances be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please ensure that you are not wearing any make up, perfume, deodorant or body lotion when trying on the garment.

We strongly advise trying the garment on immediately upon receipt to ensure correct size – items returned after the 15 days period will not be accepted.

You must return the item within 15 days.

We would greatly appreciate if you contact us by email or by submitting the online for below, before returning your item. This is so that we can provide a quick replacement if required, or to confirm our correct return address and that you are within the return time period of 15 days.

We do understand sometimes there may be a delay in returning your garment due to surgery, so, please let us know within the 30 days if there is going to be a delay with your return, however returns after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Postage costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to charge £3.99 for repackaging costs if interior garment packaging is missing or badly damaged.

For hygiene reasons and in the interest of our customers, our return policy is strict and goods returned to us not meeting the returns criteria will not be eligible for resale and will not be refunded.

All returns or exchanges must be packaged securely and shipped via a prepaid, insured, and traceable method in order to ensure safe delivery.

We strongly recommend sending all returning items by Recorded Delivery / proof of posting.

Refunds
We aim to process refunds within 7 working days, for security reasons your refund will be credited onto the same card you used for payment at the time of ordering.

Refunds will cover the cost of the goods only; any delivery charges cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty, in which case a full refund will be given.

A confirmation from Yoga®️Model will be sent as soon as the return/exchange has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE: We are an online store, and the Returns address is an office, not a shop.

You are not able to return or exchange items in person.

Exchanges
We aim to process exchanges within 3 working days.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, providing it is unworn, with tags still attached where applicable and in original condition, free from stains or odour, and unworn, then you may return the item to us in exchange for another size.

If you wish to exchange for another product, then this will be treated as a new order, and your original order will be treated as a return.

Cancelled orders information

  • If your order is cancelled prior to dispatch, then a full refund can be given, including any postal fees.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, then you will need to return the item to us at your expense.
  • Once we have received your returned parcel, it will be processed as a refund within 7 days. Postal costs will be non-refundable.

  2. Click in Sign up button to start.
  3. In this form we will get to know you a little more before contacting you for your interview.
     
  4. Fill in all the fields correctly, complete the captcha at the end and click on the “Sign up” button.
     
  5. Now just wait, we will contact you to schedule an interview.
     
• Finalise your Registration:
  1. By email you will receive a link to finalise your registration, follow the link and you will be sent to the registration form.
  2. Once again fill in all the fields correctly, complete the captcha at the end of the form and this time click on the “Finish” button.
     
  3. You have already joined our team, before your profile is activated on our website, you must access your Dashboard and set your availability.
