These terms and conditions of service, together with any terms and policies referred to in them (Our Terms), constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Healing Shapers Limited (“Healing Shapers”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Healing Shapers is a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 13983120, whose registered office is located at C/O Connect Accounting, Rear of Rayden House, Western Parade, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN5 1AH. You agree that by accessing the Website and purchasing any of our services or products, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, please read Our Terms carefully and thoroughly. If you do not accept Our Terms, you must not make a booking through our Website, Online Chat or Telephone Booking Services.

Consumer terms

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 require Healing Shapers to provide you with certain information in order for there to be a legally binding contract between you and us. This information is set out below and is also shown on our Website when you confirm any booking you make through us with an independent professional or confirm any purchase of a Product via our channels.

Eligible use

You confirm that you are of legal age to access and use Our Website or the Services and are of legal capacity to agree to Our Terms. You are not eligible to use the Services if you are under the age of 18. BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The therapist is running late; what shall I do?

Our team will try to be on time wherever they can; however, occasionally, factors outside our control can cause delays. Our online live chat feature on the Website allows you to message us, and we will assist you with any possible delays. If your therapist does not arrive and you haven’t heard from us, please contact us by email at https://healingshapers.co.uk/contact or via the online chat available on our Website, and we will do our best to get an update for you.

What should I do if I am late for my booking?

Please contact us by email at support@healingshapers.co.uk or via the online chat available on our Website, and we will update your therapist. Unfortunately, the therapist can only wait for up to 20 minutes maximum after the time of your booking, and after this time, you will need to book a new appointment, and you will be charged in full for the missed appointment and the new appointment.

How can I amend my booking?

To make changes to your existing booking, please contact us by email at support@healingshapers.co.uk or via the online chat available on our Website, and we will be glad to assist you.

How can I cancel a booking?

To cancel your booking, please get in touch with us by email at support@healingshapers.co.uk or through the online chat feature available on our website. Our team will assist you with the cancellation process promptly.

Do I need to tip the therapist?

Tipping is always appreciated, but whether you tip or not is entirely up to you! If you wish to tip your therapist, you can do so in cash after your treatment.

Promo Codes

We may create and offer promotional codes that can be redeemed against Professional Services or Product purchases. Codes will only be valid for a period of time, as stated on each Code.

Codes do not have any cash value. Codes may:

(1) only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. You can share your unique Code with your connections via social media where you are the primary content owner. Codes may not be duplicated, sold, transferred, distributed or made available to others online (including through public sites such as coupon sites) or by other means;

(2) not be promoted in any way, including via a search engine or discount websites/forums;

(3) not be exchanged for cash;

(4) only be used once, and only one Code may be used per person; and

(5) may be subject to specific terms made available by us, including but not limited to expiration/use by date as stated on the promotion, and must only be used in accordance with those terms.

Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Healing Shapers reserves the right to change, suspend, terminate or discontinue promo codes/offers from time to time and from your account for any reason, including but not limited to violation of our programme.


PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Reschedule your appointment

We understand there are times you may need to reschedule your appointments. We ask for more than 24 hours notice; otherwise, the appointment will be cancelled, and the cancellation policy will apply. For rescheduling a confirmed appointment, please contact us by visiting https://healingshapers.co.uk/contact or via our live chat.

Appointments cancellation policy:

  • Bookings cancelled within 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged in full;

  • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours and up to 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged 50%;

  • Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment time; will receive a full refund;

  • If we can successfully reschedule your booking, you will not be charged;

  • Last minute bookings (made with less than 24 hour-notice), you have 20 minutes from the moment of confirmation to make any changes free of charge (i.e. if you selected the incorrect time slot or service);

  • All cancellations, depending on your bank, can take between 3-7 working days to be fully processed.

Packages and products cancellation policy:

If you have multiple treatments booked (i.e.: packages with multiple services), you can cancel within 24 hours or more in advance. After that, the standard cancellation policy will apply. Please check with the third-party providers for their terms and conditions for products purchased individually and via a third party.


STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND NOT TOLERATED

The Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. They must only be used for the purposes as booked and confirmed for Professional Services and purchasing Products as expressly described above. You must not use Our Website or the Services to do any of the following (each of which is strictly prohibited and not tolerated):

  • Engage in any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, sexual advances, drug use, drinking and/or other inappropriate behaviour, and it will be reported to the law enforcement

  • Any discrimination based on any ground such as sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, language, religion or belief, age or sexual orientation (including gender identity), national origin and age (40 or older), retaliate against a person because he or she complained about discrimination, filed a charge of discrimination, or participated in an employment discrimination investigation or lawsuit, shall be prohibited and it will be reported to the law enforcement.

  • Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Services

  • Infringe the privacy rights, property rights, or other civil rights of any person

  • Harass, abuse, threaten or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of the therapists/professionals, Healing Shapers (including its employees and personnel) or others

  • Harvest, data-mine or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent;

  • Use technology or other means to access our computer network, unauthorised content or non-public spaces;

  • Engage in or encourage others to engage in criminal or unlawful conduct or breach Our Terms, including misuse of the Services for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.

You agree not to breach Our Terms in any way which may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your access to the Services. Furthermore, we reserve the right to disclose information on suspicious behaviour related to law enforcement but not limited to any of the listed above.
